As Team Leader of Colonnades you will be responsible for one of the busiest stores in the region and alongside your other TL’s in the area, you will be responsible for maintaining the reputation of this great store. 
Responsibilities include:
Maintaining all OBW Business and Operating systems
Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
Coaching and developing team members
Providing vision and motivation for the team
Maintaining an overall positive office environment
