flyadeal, a leading low-cost airline in the GCC, has launched two new services, "Time to Think" and "flyadeal Connections," aimed at providing customers with greater flexibility and more travel options. These services, available from today, are part of the airline's ongoing efforts to enhance customer experience beyond just offering low fares.
"Time to Think" allows customers to cancel their bookings within 24 hours without any charge, provided the travel date is at least seven days away. This feature, available for bookings made on flyadeal's website or app, offers peace of mind by giving travellers extra time to finalise their plans.
Meanwhile, "flyadeal Connections" offers seamless connecting flights, expanding the number of available routes from 58 to 236. This service simplifies the process of booking connecting flights, both domestically and internationally, through flyadeal's hubs in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Madinah. Passengers can now enjoy hassle-free connections with their luggage checked through to their final destination.
Sanjiv Kapoor, Acting CEO of flyadeal, stated, "With the launch of Time to Think and flyadeal Connections, we are taking another step forward by giving our customers more than just low fares through greater choice, flexibility, and value."
These initiatives are part of flyadeal's broader strategy to expand its network and fleet, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030. The airline plans to more than double its destinations and aircraft by 2030, further solidifying its position as the fastest-growing airline in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.
