Dubai-based airline flydubai has announced a partnership with Amperity, an AI-powered customer data cloud, to unify its customer data and enhance personalisation across its operations. This collaboration aims to integrate flydubaiโs customer experience vision with Amperityโs advanced data platform, allowing the airline to connect traveller insights in real time and deliver more meaningful engagements.
The partnership will enable flydubai to consolidate customer data from various touchpoints, providing a comprehensive understanding of traveller preferences. This initiative supports flydubaiโs Modern Airline Retailing roadmap, empowering its teams to deliver more relevant offers. Amperityโs platform, designed to handle complex passenger data, will assist flydubai in managing customer orders that span multiple systems and third-party agencies. The airline will utilise Amperityโs Identity Keychain and multi-index Profile API to unify and retrieve customer data instantly, enhancing personalised engagement and operational excellence.
flydubai, which has carried over 120 million passengers since 2009, operates a network of more than 135 destinations across 58 countries with a fleet of 97 Boeing 737 aircraft. The partnership with Amperity reflects flydubaiโs commitment to service innovation and digital-led experiences, positioning the airline as part of a new generation redefining customer-centric travel.
