Thailand Convention & Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) is stepping up its promotional efforts in second-and third-tier cities of India. This is a significant shift from its earlier focus which mainly revolved around few metro cities of India.
Nooch Homrossukhon, director of meetings and incentive department of TCEB said that India is the second top source market for MICE for Thailand, adding: “We are expanding our business to tier three cities of India. We will focus on cities like Indore, Raipur, Patna, Bhopal as these cities have tremendous potential.”
According to Homrossukhon Thailand is just not known for hospitality. “Thailand is constantly evolving to provide more innovative services and offer creative solutions to its guests,” she said.
