Hospitable, a property management software, has reached a significant milestone by processing over $1 million in payments to cleaners and service teams.
This achievement highlights the trend of short-term rental (STR) operators consolidating their operations into a single property management system (PMS). The platform now facilitates more than $500,000 in monthly payouts, allowing property managers to efficiently source, assign, and pay vetted cleaners without needing additional software.
The shift towards a unified system addresses a major industry challenge: operational reliability. Recent research by Hospitable revealed that 34.3% of hosts and property managers experienced booking losses or negative reviews in 2025 due to staffing issues, and nearly 40% struggled to find reliable local cleaners. The Cleaner Marketplace, part of Hospitable's offerings, now features over 150,000 screened and highly-rated cleaners, streamlining the process for property managers.
Pierre-Camille Hamana, CEO and Founder of Hospitable, stated, “The PMS is evolving from a system that records reservations into the operating system for the entire business. Managing workflows and the people behind them from the same platform gives managers more visibility, fewer manual processes, and a much more resilient business.”
Launched in 2016, Hospitable has transformed into a comprehensive super app for short-term rentals, automating various tasks including guest messaging, pricing optimisation, and team coordination. As the industry moves towards integrated solutions, Hospitable aims to provide a single platform for all property management needs, reducing the complexity and risks associated with fragmented systems
