The invite-only forum will gather CEOs, General Managers, and HR leaders for discussions on profitability and the future of hospitality, featuring 50-80 senior professionals from the Los Angeles market.

The event, presented by Yuni Hunter, will open with a welcome address by Raj Bhatt, Founder and CEO of Hozpitality Group. It will feature two key panel discussions. The first, "Profit vs Pressure: Can Hotels in Los Angeles Still Win in 2026?", will explore strategies for maintaining profitability amidst rising costs and operational pressures. Moderated by Anastasia Moore, General Manager of ECentral Downtown Hotel Los Angeles, the panel includes Kenan Tekin, Adviser at Hozpitality Group and Delta Hotels Ontario.

The second panel, "The Future Hotel: AI, Automation & the New Guest Experience", will focus on how AI and emerging technologies are transforming hotel operations. Moderated by Brian Boulden, President of HSMAI Greater Los Angeles, the panel includes Dolores Escobar, Regional HR Director at Azul Hospitality.

The forum aims to foster meaningful connections and dialogue among hospitality leaders, beginning with a networking session and concluding with cocktails. Hozpitality Group, a global platform connecting over 13 million professionals, continues to support the growth of the hospitality industry through such initiatives
