Situated in Hyderabad's life sciences corridor, Ginger Hyderabad offers 75 rooms tailored for modern travellers. The hotel features Ginger’s signature dining experience, Qmin, and provides comfortable meeting spaces suitable for small corporate gatherings. S. P. Reddy, CMD of Terminus Group, highlighted the strategic importance of the location, noting, "The region has emerged as a critical hub for life sciences and innovation, and we believe Ginger will cater effectively to the growing demand in the area."

Genome Valley hosts a cluster of global and domestic life sciences companies, research institutions, and manufacturing facilities.
