The meeting served to bring together all key public and private stakeholders involved in the project

Preparations for Tomorrowland Thailand took a significant step forward with a high-level coordination meeting at Chonburi Provincial Hall on Wednesday, 6th May.

The meeting served to bring together all key public and private stakeholders involved in the project for the first time ever.

The Tomorrowland Thailand delegation met with provincial authorities and government agencies to align on operational planning, safety, mobility, and infrastructure.

It was likewise noted that the next coordination meeting for the event will take place next month in Wisdom Valley.

Seven subcommittees

The Governor of Chonburi announced the creation of seven dedicated subcommittees to oversee critical domains, including security, transport, and medical services, underscoring the province’s structured and proactive approach.

Meanwhile, the Chonburi Provincial Police will act as the central coordination body for security, while key departments confirmed their readiness to support areas such as traffic management and road access.

With strong institutional backing and constructive dialogue across sectors, the meeting marks an important milestone in the journey toward hosting Tomorrowland in Thailand.
