DAMAC Properties, the largest private real estate developer in the UAE and the Middle East, is set to unveil the sixth and final tower of Chelsea Residences by DAMAC in Dubai.
This announcement follows the successful sellout of the first five towers. The launch event will take place at the Grand Ballroom, Mandarin Oriental, on 17 July.
Developed in collaboration with Chelsea Football Club, Chelsea Residences by DAMAC has attracted significant interest from investors and end-users, thanks to its waterfront location and branded residential concept. The final tower presents the last opportunity to own a flat in the world's first football-branded residence. Amira Sajwani, Managing Director of DAMAC Properties, highlighted the project's unique appeal, stating, "Chelsea Residences by DAMAC brings together an iconic global football brand, a prime waterfront setting, and DAMAC's signature approach to luxury living."
Dubai currently leads the global branded residences market, with a 26% year-on-year growth in transaction volumes and a 51% increase in value. Chelsea Residences offers a distinctive proposition with all sea-view flats and amenities focused on football, wellness, and resort-style living. Tower C has limited units available, including one, two, and three-bedroom residences, with prices starting at $697,073 (JPY 1,129 million).
Residents will enjoy unobstructed sea and Dubai skyline views, access to the UAE's only rooftop football pitch, a beach club, and an Athlete Training Centre.
