Account handler Required to work for this global established and expanding travel company. They are looking for candidates with a strong understanding of excel and can gather and analyse data efficiently. They are looking for candidates who has great phone manner, have a passion for travel and an admin background. They will pay up to 25k basic! Account handlerduties -Running reports in Excel and in-house systems to identify the highest value hotels, trends in sales and to analyse the trends to understand why if the trends change. -Contacting existing accounts by e-mail, phone and in person to recognise their needs and identify how you can maximise the accounts performance. Attend meetings in the London offices, clients offices, tradeshows and abroad. -Weekly year on year figures per destination, as well as annual figures to be able to understand the clients better, and monitoring of new XML accounts. -Managing the Excel database of clients, liaising with Regional Sales Managers and Computer Information ensuring agents information is displayed correctly. Adding agents and making changes.
