GCS Recruitment are searching for an Affiliate Manager to work with one of the leading iGaming companies in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Managing affiliate accounts to help deliver on group KPI and monitoring the performance of affiliates on a regular basis
- Building and maintaining customer relationships in order to understand their needs and priorities
- Constant recruitment of new affiliates, closing the deal and following up on the activity and performance
- Helping develop and implementing initiatives to improve affiliate performance and retention
- Coordinating with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner
- Participating in industry conferences and networking events
Responsibilities:
- At least 2 years of previous experience in an affiliate management role
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Proven and consistent track record of delivering results
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Strong analytical/reporting skills
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Ability to lead a team
