Job Description

Are you a great leader with previous experience as an affiliate manager?

Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!

GCS Recruitment are searching for an Affiliate Manager to work with one of the leading iGaming companies in Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing affiliate accounts to help deliver on group KPI and monitoring the performance of affiliates on a regular basis
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships in order to understand their needs and priorities
  • Constant recruitment of new affiliates, closing the deal and following up on the activity and performance
  • Helping develop and implementing initiatives to improve affiliate performance and retention
  • Coordinating with various teams to address affiliate needs in accurate and timely manner
  • Participating in industry conferences and networking events


Responsibilities:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience in an affiliate management role
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Proven and consistent track record of delivering results
  • Excellent leadership and managerial skills
  • Strong analytical/reporting skills
  • Highly motivated and energetic
  • Ability to lead a team
