After Sales Support : Salary up to £26k
We are seeking people who have a passion for skiing or snow boarding with an excellent phone manner and experience working in a servicea dn admin role in travel. It’s with a fun and vibrant company offering a fantastic salary and educational trips!

After Sales Support duties:
Conducting booking checks to ensure that all bookings are correct in a timely manner
Dispatch client documentation in an accurate and timely manner
Service customers amendments, cancelations and pre departure enquiries
Develop and distribute additional pre departure information to add value to the customers holiday experience.

After Sales Support skills required:
An exceptional telephone manner
Experience working in travel in an admin/service role
High levels of customer service
Positive attitude
An interest in skiing and snowboarding
A reasonable working knowledge of ski resorts
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook programs.
Team player
Attention to detail
