- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing hotel function.
- Pre-opening experience a plus
- Male/Female, 30 years up.
- Excellent supervisory experience.
- Full understanding of Purchasing systems and procedures.
- Strong influencing, leadership skills, inter-personal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Good verbal written and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Ability to plan, manage and follow through on assignments and communicate at alllevels of the organization in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team with minimal supervision.

b.Reviews PR of all Store items
c.Reviews PR Direct from all departments concerned.
d.Reviews and issue Capex, FF&E form
- Researches and evaluates suppliers based on price
e.Researches and evaluates price of fresh food (vegetable, fruits, seafood, beef, chicken, pork, cheese)
f.Researches and evaluates price of store items
g.Researches and evaluates price of direct purchase requisition.
- Summaries purchase approval
h.Summarizes approval of fresh food (vegetable, fruits, seafood, beef, chicken, pork, cheese)
i.Summarizes approval of store items (Food, Beverage, general, Engineering, Department Equipment)
j.Summarizes approval of asset and capex.
- Reviews Purchase Order and processes to approve
k.Reviews purchase order and make sure that detail, specification are following purchase requisition
l.Processes to approve from purchasing manager and financial controller
m.Sends Purchase order to supplier and make sure that supplier get the purchase order
- Purchases goods for all department concerned
n.Purchases goods according to make list
o.Purchases goods according to PR
p.Purchases goods according to PO
- Provides details of order to suppliers
q.Requests for credit account
