Business Development Manager, €50-60k + Bonus, Tour Operator, Ireland / Remote. A fantastic and newly created opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning, global tour operator to promote their product across Northern and Republic of Ireland.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities

• Create a pipeline of new travel trade partners that can accelerate the growth in distribution of the companies global touring products across Ireland.
• Negotiate preferred commercial agreements and track the success of distribution with new trade partners.
• Identify opportunities of driving direct to consumer sales via travel exhibitions/shows and specialist groups and associations.
• Work in conjunction with local GSA’s that handle reservations and ongoing account management of trade partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and shows to increase brand awareness and identify new partners.

Business Development Manager Skills Required

• An experienced B2B Sales Manager / Business Development Manager, preferably from the tour operating sector.
• Excellent knowledge of the Irish (Republic and Northern) travel industry landscape.
• Strong negotiator and stakeholder management skills
• Confident networking, speaking to groups of people and acting as brand ambassador
• Flexible to travel and visit potential partners or attend events.

Business Development Manager Additional Details

• A basic salary in the region of €50,000 – €60,000 per annum depending on experience
• Bonus
• Remote working with travel (expenses paid for any work related travel)
