- Develop sales strategies and business planning to achieve company’s sales targets
- Manage and retain relationships with existing customers
- Maintain and increase customers base
- Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Develop promotional ideas and materials
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Work with team to develop proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations
- Participate in pricing, quotations and services
- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
- Prepare budgets, control expenses and monitor budgets
- Draft and review agreements
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned
