Business Travel Consultants Out of Hours – required for this established and expanding business travel company based in Scotland . This is a great opportunity to work for a leading corporate travel company , assisting clients with a variety of European and Worldwide flights, hotels, and transfers , whilst offering a high level of service over the phone and by email . Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting for experienced Business Travel Consultants to work on mixed and dedicated accounts including Marine, oil & gas within an Out of hours role covering a mixture of shifts including some daytime, on call evenings and nights using either Galileo , Amadeus, or Sabre . They offer a salary up to £30,000 along with other company benefits. This role is homebased , some flexibility on shift pattern , candidates must be based in Scotland

Business Travel Consultants Out of Hours duties
-Working on mixed , dedicated corporate accounts and Marine, Oil & Gas booking UK, European and Worldwide business travel arrangements within an Out of Hours team
-Booking and amending flights, car hire and hotels using a GDS it is essential to have either Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre experience
-Providing visa advice, passport queries and deal with any emergency out of hours situations
-Working to the clients travel policy
