Job Description

ESSENTIAL AND OPTIONAL REQUIREMENTS

– Minimum 5 years experienced in Revenue Management.
– Excellent knowledge and understanding of revenue management and distribution processes
– Strong computer skills and number oriented
– Good negotiation and leadership skills
– Written and spoken professional business English language
– Presentation skills
– Experience in an international hotel is preferable.

KEY TASKS

– Responsible for Revenue Management methods in order to maximize the revenue for both Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and Pullman Pattaya Hotel G.
– Yield revenues whenever possible
– In charge of driving the hotel revenue to reach the operational turnover budget.
– Develop & implement sales strategies together with General Manager and Director of Business Development to achieve the set targets.
– In charge of online sales strategies and rate management.
– Communicate with the sales and other HOD on revenue matters to ensure that all actors are active in the revenue process.
