Job Descriptions:

• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to achieve growth and hit sales targets.
• Follow up sales report and sales target , present sales and revenue reports and sales forecast to the management team.
• Build a database of contacts and prospects , makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations company products.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential and expand market area to increase sales volumes.
• Monitor and control all of operational costs and expenses regarding sales.
• Attend sales trips , events, seminar and trade shows as required.
• Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Handle group proposal and bidding for offering quotation, travel packages to individuals, incentive groups and corporate customers.
• Contact suppliers overseas for quotation and operation (i.e. hotels, package tours, transportation).
• Coordinate the flight bookings with the ticketing teams and ensure proper guide selection and operational quality.
• Ensure orders are met within agreed timeframes, as well as invoicing and payments

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fields
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in outbound tourism
• Good command of English and computer literacy(Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and attentive to details with strong initiative
• Negotiation skills with good presentation abilities.
• Good communication skill.
• Customer service oriented/service minded, problem solving
• Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and be flexible to handle last minute requests.
