Country Manager – Airline – London/Remote. An excellent opportunity to join a European airline, relatively new to the UK with just a handful of staff but plans to grow in the coming years. You will ideally be based in the south east / London, although the role will be working on a home/field based basis.

Country Manager Responsibilities

This role is responsible for developing and implementing the UK sales strategy and ensuring all sales (direct, digital, corporate, and trade sales distribution channels) are fully exploited to the companys benefit. Candidates must be results-driven and able to oversee the commercial operations, actively manage the sales team in order that commercial company targets are reached thereby ensuring a high level of profitability.

You will act as a company representative and be able to cultivate strong support and loyalty among the trade and commercial team.

Country Manager Skills Required

• A proven track record in senior leaderships (sales / commercial / general management) in the airline industry
• Strong knowledge and network among the UK travel trade
• An excellent understanding of travel distribution channels
• People leadership experience
• Ability to work at a strategic level whilst playing a hands on role in developing and growing business

Country Manager Additional Details
