Cruise Customer Service Manager: This well establish Cruise Travel Company are currently recruiting for an experienced Cruise Customer Relations Manager, based working from home. Paying up to £35K + bonus.
Cruise Customer Service Manager – Responsibilities:
- Investigating and solving customer problems, which may be long standing or complex that have been escalated by customer service assistants.
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents, such as a security issue or a passenger being taken ill.
- Analysing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service your organisation is providing
- Involved with staff recruitment and appraisals, training staff to deliver high standard of customer service
- Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff
Cruise Customer Service Manager – Skills Required:
- Previous experience as a Customer Service / Relations Manager or as a Team Leader or Senior Customer Service Advisor within the cruise sector.
- Excellent communication skills to allow you to inform, help and advise passengers clearly.
- Previous experience within a Cruise travel company
- Motivational skills and an ability to supervise and lead a team of customer service assistants
Additional Information:
- Paying up to £35K
- Working from home
- Hours 9am – 6pm Mon – Fri
- 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
