This well establish Cruise Specialist are recruiting for an experienced Customer Support Executive to join their small team. Remote based paying up to £26K.
Customer Support Executive, Responsibilities:
- Investigating and solving passenger problems
- Handling customer complaints or any major incidents
- Producing written information for passengers
- Dealing with pre and post enquires
- Making itinerary changes
Customer Support Executive, Skills Required:
- Previous experience within travel, cruise would be a huge advantage
- Experience within Customer Service and Administration
- Problem solving skills
- Confidence, patience, politeness, calm manner, tact and diplomacy when dealing with difficult situations.
- Able to work under pressure
Additional Information:
- Paying up to £26K
- Homebased
- Working Mon – Fri 09.00 – 18.00
