The Cruise1st Customer Support team provide expert travel advice, and second to none service to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for a huge range of after-sales bookings and Customer Support; including booking amendments, cancellations, general advice, problem-solving, complaints handling and resolution, upgrades, and special Customer Support projects.

What you need
- Exceptional Customer Service experience and communication skills, preferably by phone and email
- Travel industry experience, ideally using a GDS or reservation system
- Technical and computer literacy, common sense, and attention to detail an absolute must
- Legal entitlement to work in Australia
- (No sponsorship category permitted in the Travel Industry)
