1. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the development and effective implementation public relations & media strategies, both in Thailand and overseas, for the positioning and promotion of Pattana & affiliate companies. Oversees development and implementing of support materials and services for chapters of communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization of Pattana & affiliate companies.

1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Handle for annual budgeting & revenue forecasting, PL. accounting planning, pricing, profitability and PR plan.
• To plan and implement PR & Communications reporting system among all BU’s.
• Keep an ideas file on projects/what other PRs re doing/promotions & forwarding such information to MD; one new project per month.
• To meet the guidelines as set per the company visual standards.
• Forecast for next month of activities/appointments/entertainment/ideas.
• Control and strategic planning for news published in any channel of media, to ensure that Company brand awareness and visibility through interviews, press releases, editorials and effective PR strategy to promote goodwill between the entities & target markets.
• Identify & pursue publicity opportunities to enhance the image of Pattana
• Daily news monitor and circulated to concerned department and collect for media coverage monthly report or project report.
• Handle all media both locally and international and maintain copies and records of media references, and develop an effective and unified database of publications and media contacts and use it strategically for direct communications.
• To establish and to maintain an effective working relationship with all members of target media, electronic and print, to encourage and maximize coverage of the properties and its events
• Maintain all Social Media messenger and implement a Social Media annual/monthly plan
• To identify appropriate and relevant search engines, websites and internet opportunities to maintain an effective presence of the properties.
• Create and implement any CSR activities to have more relationship with the community area.
• Assist in the content of all publications, seasonal brochures, and any other material required and ensure that all publications and brochures meet high professional and quality standards.
• To attend division and general meetings whenever necessary.
• To assist with coordination of relevant photo shoots within established budgets.
• Prepare PR action plan and deadlines for all events concerned with media.
• Attendance at/representation of entity at social functions outside hotel as necessary, or as requested by MD.
• Monitor the guest comments on FB, TripAdvisor, Google etc.
