We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef who is ready to jump in and lead the culinary team.

Executive Chef Candidate Qualifications:

Foreigner preferred (Thai candidates must have oversea experience in this role)

Experience in culinary operations at multiple outlets and from-scratch concepts

Passion for food

Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen in culinary operations

Strong on the job training skill set

Operations person, can handle shifts

Can be involved with the recruitment process

Can achieve revenue targets

Strong management skills

Knows Mediterranean cuisine and has background in it.

Preferably with international cuisine exposure

Previous experience controlling food and labour costs.

Previous experience with demonstration cooking, menu development, costing and pricing development.

Passion for leadership and teamwork.

Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.

Excellent guest service skills.

Preferable opening experience but not a must.
