THE JOB
Do you provide a concierge-style service to your travellers, using your knowledge and experience selling Southern Africa to ensure that the service and holiday you provide is seamless and wows? This isn’t a wham, bam, thank you mam, sell and move on sales role. This luxury safari travel company knows that long term success and relationships are built on listening, understanding the customers’ needs in full as opposed to chasing the $. If you prefer that approach and have experience selling southern Africa then this is the role for you.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
Our client is a London based tailor-made, luxury travel specialist who has enjoyed year on year organic growth, securing their enviable reputation in the industry.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
* You will be experienced creating tailor-made travel to Southern / South Africa
* Your offering is a concierge-style approach, double ticking the I’s and double-crossing of the t’s
* Have travelled through one or many of the countries in South or Southern Africa
* Degrees are not essential – but we are looking for bright people
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to provide
outstanding customer service
* Organised and able to prioritise your workload
* GDS knowledge, specifically Amadeus would be advantageous
