GENERAL MANAGER (Age below 45 years)
The Applicants should possess a minimum of 8-10 years experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or a role equivalent to a General Manager position in a reputed travel & tour Company with a proven track record in sales and customer service operations with implementation of strategic planning of all business activities in accordance with the company’s direction and policies.
As the head of the business unit, the successful candidate would be fully responsible for overall performance of the company and drive the business forward on all aspects including developing the business plans, pricing strategies for new business initiatives whilst giving assistance to widen our worldwide agency net works. Candidate should also possess wide knowledge in negotiating, contracting and the knowhow of hotel chain contacts locally and internationally.
Applicants should possess excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and ability to work flexible hours. An attractive remuneration package including medical, insurance, quarterly profit sharing and a challenging opportunity to enhance career growth awaits the successful candidate.
