Job Description

Global Implementation Manager – Business Travel – London / Hybrid – £50-55k + Bonus. An excellent opportunity to join this award winning Travel Management Company (TMC) based in London where you will be responsible for leading on and managing end-to-end implementations of new business. The role can be hybrid with current expectations of around 2-3 visits to the office (at own expense) per month.

Global Implementation Manager Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales and operations to to understand customer requirements and technical specifications.
  • Maintain effective communication with client to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Understand and implement complex business requirements using a variety of tools and techniques.
  • Provide direction to cross functional implementation and support teams.
  • Ensure a smooth transition to operations post implementation and ramp up stage.
  • Identify and reduce the likelihood of any business risks or issues.
  • Create documentation to support with implementation stage through to post implementation support.
  • Keep abreast of any industry trends and changes, making recommendations for improvements where appropriate.

Global Implementation Manager Skills Required

  • Must have global client implementation experience gained in the corporate travel sector.
  • Experience in a customer facing, implementation delivery role.
  • An analytical problem solver.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing contractors, suppliers and cross-functional teams.
  • Customer service driven.

Global Implementation Manager Additional Details

  • A basic salary up to £55k depending on experience
  • Bonus up to 10%
  • Hybrid working – typically around 2-3 days a month in Central London. Travel to the office is at employees expense, any other business travel required is at employers expense.
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
  • Pension 5%
