Product Manager
Exciting new Product Build and Loading Manager required for a Luxury Tour Operator based in the Manchester area . This unique role will be managing a small team or Product Executives whilst working closely with the Commercial, Sales and Operations teams managing the delivery of products via their reservations and promotions systems, and website, ensuring travel specialists including the internal sales team and external agent partners have the information, pricing and relevant offers they need to sell the holiday experiences effectively and efficiently, ensuring all globally created product is bookable and applicable to a UK market. This role will be hybrid 3 days in Manchester and 2 days at home and offers a competitive salary, plus company bonus , along with 25 days holiday plus BH , FAM Trips and discounted travel .

Responsibilities
*Manage the loading, communication and storage of pricing, promotions and offers to allow internal and external teams to book the products efficiently and accurately.
*Develop an excellent understanding of all systems including the reservations system, putting in processes for quick, accurate loading and effective management of expiry dates and all information held therein
*Troubleshoot and find solutions to problems and implement improvement
*Oversee supplier contracts, airline deals, product information to meet the needs of the business in terms of timing, competitiveness, and quality.
*Oversee the accuracy of all itineraries including the suitability of air connections and work closely with the marketing teams to ensure accuracy in product descriptions.
*Manage the relationship and connectivity between the flights, operations, and commercial teams in preparation for all product launches to enable profitability by product.

Skills/Requirements
*The successful candidate must be an experienced in product and product loading having worked as a Product Loading Manager, Product Manager , Inventory Manager, Trading Manager or Yield Manager with knowledge of the travel industry
*Experience in dealing with contracts, systems, and related product information.
*Must be organised and analytical and be confident troubleshooting any system issues
*Good understanding of booking/reservations systems
