Established in 1997, Golfasian is the leading golf tour operator in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos & Myanmar.

With the continuous growth we are looking for an experienced Golf Travel Consultant to join our leadership team based in Ho Chi Minh city and Danang city in Vietnam.

Functions as sales executive in Sales department to support our business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, be adaptable, and be a creative problem solver who can think outside of the box and still meet short-term objectives while staying focused on long-term company success

Main responsibilities of Sales & Marketing Manager :

• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, golf courses, accommodations, travel dates, and costs

• Issue quotations to and close business from interested parties

• Use promotional techniques and prepare offers to sell golf tour and tee time packages

• Maintain statistical and financial sales records

• Meet profit and sales targets

• Host VIP clients as required

 Required Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of golf industry and tour management is an advantage

• Outstanding leadership, proven financial stewardship, & excellent communication skills are required

• Enthusiasm to work in a multi-cultural environment

• Ability to effectively manage time and schedules

• Ability to work independently and proactively 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of sales experience in the travel industry

• Strong sales and commercial awareness 

• Sound knowledge of Asian travel destinations, markets, and trends

• Ability to interact and communicate, and negotiate effectively

• Fluent in English 

• Degree in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism, Business or relevant field    

• Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
