The Travel Agent Next Door is now hiring a Group Travel/Lead generation Coordinator for its support office in downtown Toronto, located by Union Station.

Primary Job Duties:

Groups

• The Group Travel Coordinator works with our preferred and approved suppliers to manage support office group space for cruises and tours
• Books and maintains the cruise/tour block space on Extranet site as well as in Navigate, Ensemble’s cruise booking platform
• Works with the marketing department, supplying copy and groups information, ad material and promotions for marketing campaigns regarding groups
• Adheres to deadlines and make all appropriate payments; monitors, adjusts, and reports on space booked
• Supports travel agents regarding their group travel inquiries
• Monitors and approves costing sheets from agent’s potential groups
• Understands and trains agents on ClientLinq entries including building tour masters/Invoicing
• Arranges and coordinates space on tour groups
• Lead webinars to teach agents about groups

Lead Generation Program

• Learn how the lead generation program functions from A-Z (will be taught here)
• Monitor and report on leads
• Ensuring the functionality of the systems are working properly
• Train agents on the lead generation program
• Hold meetings with agents regularly
• Work with the system developer for adjustments and enhancements
• Work effectively with other departments
