Although we’re a team of over 40+ members at the moment, the growth team is really a startup within a startup with each member on this small but nimble team as creators of the business. As the Head of Affiliate, you’ll be responsible for our future success and scaling the business by implementing effective CPA, CPC, and display marketing campaigns across new and existing affiliates.

About Your Role

On a daily basis, you will:

• Strategize the affiliate growth plan and work closely with the team to build the future of booking things to do
• Find opportunities in new partnerships and work with the business development team to execute them
• Build strong relationships with our top affiliate partners to grow our partnership further
• Work with CPA networks as well as individual bloggers to grow our affiliate network

We’re looking for someone creative, data-driven, great at presenting ideas to the rest of the team, and an experimenter – willing to constantly test new things. We’ve looking for someone curious. We’re looking for someone different – someone with an entrepreneurial heart. We’re looking for someone who’ll be willing to get their hands dirty in touching every part of the business and pushing the boundaries. Are you that person? If so, this is the perfect match for you!

We’re also looking for the following skill sets:

• 2 – 5 years of online marketing experience
• Hands on experience in partnership and affiliate marketing
• Fluency in English
• Good understanding of business development
• Proficient in analyzing & presenting data (through presentations, tables, graphs)
• Having been an early part of another startup team a plus
• Familiarity with Asia, having traveled here in the past (experience in the travel space a bonus)

Compensation: Full-time salary and package negotiable based on prior experience.
