On a daily basis, you will:
- Strategize the marketing plan with the marketing team and business development team
- Manage the marketing team and content team
- Manage the profitability of paid marketing campaigns
- Manage content pipeline
- Optimize the website for search engines
- Run AB test on marketing campaigns as well as on the website to optimize the conversion funnel
- Communication with designers and developers for on-site marketing campaigns

What we’d like to see in you:
We’re looking for someone creative, data-driven, great at presenting ideas to the rest of the team, and an experimenter – willing to constantly test new things. We’re looking for someone curious. We’re looking for someone who’ll be willing to get their hands dirty in touching every part of the business and pushing the boundaries. Are you that person? If so, this is the perfect match for you!
We’re also looking for the following skill sets:
- At least 5 years of online marketing experience
- Hands-on experience in all digital marketing channels
- Hands-on experience in content marketing including email marketing with MailChimp and Sendgrid
- In-depth knowledge in conversion rate optimization and AB testing
- In-depth knowledge of Search Engine Optimization
- Good understanding of business development
- Proficient in analyzing & presenting data (through presentations, tables, graphs)
- Familiarity with Asia, having traveled here in the past (experience in the travel space a bonus)
