Herad of Finance Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing leadership to a small finance team, ensuring appropriate financial controls are in place and all relevant operational responsibilities are being met such as the preparation of monthly management accounts including p&l, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts. You will oversee and report on financial risk management, produce MI reports and work with the senior leadership on strategies to drive the business forward. You will also ensure there is compliance with statutory and regulatory affairs such as HMRC, CAA and ABTA.

Head of Finance Skills Required

• Recent senior level finance experience working in the leisure travel sector
• Board level reporting experience
• Experience leading and developing small teams
• Cash-flow management experience
• Fully qualified (CIMA or ACCA)
• Strong commercial acumen

Head of Finance Package

A high competitive basic salary dependent on experience (to be discussed on application), plus bonus and benefits
