Hotel & Rail Consultants 4 days on 4 days off required for a successful Business Travel company based in South Manchester
Due to growth this business travel company are looking for someone with excellent customer service experience , who is keen to move into the travel industry to join their team with full training provided and previous travel experience is not required . This role will be working on a small shift pattern between 7am-8.30pm and will be working 4 days in 4 days off (first 2 months office based in South Manchester for training period and then homebased) , salary 19,370-21,000 plus 20% shift allowance

Hotel & Rail Consultant roles and responsibilities:
Dealing with a mixture of client accounts that require hotel and rail reservations to be made or changed
Providing excellent customer service to clients
Resolve and deal with client queries and work within the client agreed timescales

Hotel & Rail Consultant experience required:
Experience working within a customer service role , offering a high level of service to customers
Strong attention to detail
