GCS Recruitment are searching for a Systems Technician to work with one of the leading software companies in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining routine and customized hardware and software
- Providing technical expertise to end users and troubleshooting network, hardware, and software problems
- Planning and implementing system monitoring and maintenance
- Preventing or remedial maintenance of equipment both on and off-site
- Research user needs to make recommendations for acquisitions and maintenance
- Promoting of the company’s products/ services in the local market
Requirements:
- Possess sound technical knowledge of current hardware and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prioritisation and excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills; both written and verbal
- Team-oriented and capable of working within a fast-paced environment
- Possess a valid driving license
