IT Helpdesk Support Agent– Required for this global travel technology company. They are looking for an IT helpdesk person ideally from the travel industry and will pay up to £28,000 plus benefits. This role is home based .
IT Helpdesk Support Agents duties -Assisting a portfolio of clients with any issues with the online booking tool and any adhoc technical problems -Supporting clients with any technical issues and trouble-shooting any problems -Logging and updating company databases
IT Helpdesk Support Agents skills required –Ideally experience in a similar role in the travel industry –Knowledge of online booking systems and confident handling any issues with a variety of clients – Exposure and experience in similar Service Desk environments, where you are providing Level 1 support. -Understanding of MYSQL , REACT, AZURE and ANGULAR would be an advantage -Ideally an understanding of GDS
