Junior Business Travel Consultants in Aberdeen – required for this expanding business travel company based in Aberdeen . This is a great opportunity to work for a leading corporate travel company , assisting clients with a variety of European and Worldwide flights, hotels and transfers , whilst offering a high level of service over the phone and by email . They are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant who is looking to move into Business Travel to work on both marine, oil & gas and mixed corporate accounts and will be trained on using either Galileo , Amadeus or Sabre . They offer a salary upto £26k and will be working shifts between 8am-7pm Mon-Fri and some weekends on a rota basis approx 1 per month with a days off in the week (late shifts and any weekends based at home) . This role can be office or hybrid in Aberdeen after completion of the training period

Junior Business travel consultants duties
-Working on marine, oil & gas accounts and mixed corporate accounts booking UK, European and Worldwide business travel arrangements
-Booking flights, car hire and hotels using a GDS
-Providing visa advice
-Working to the clients travel policy finding the most cost effective travel option available
-Making changes and amendments and reissues

Junior Business travel consultants skills required
– Travel consultant experience
-Confident using a variety of bookings systems
-Shifts starting from 8am ranging to 7pm Monday to Friday and weekends on a rota homebased late shift /weekend after training
