GCS Recruitment are searching for a Junior Stock Analyst to work with a leading retailer in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Handling of purchase orders against suppliers’ invoices
- Conducting stock take procedures and ensuring stock is well-maintained
- Handling upkeeping regarding stock transfers between Head Quarters and retail outlets
- Keeping track of stocks from suppliers to point of sale
- Reporting to Stock Analyst
Requirements:
- A Degree or equivalent in business or related subject would be considered an asset
- A minimum of 1-year experience in Retail or similar industry will be considered an asset
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications; particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Excellent analytical skills with great level of precision
- Great organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
