LUXURY TAILOR-MADE TRAVEL SPECIALIST – USA & CANADA
LONDON
UP TO £26,000 PLUS BONUS, OTE £6,000 – £7,000

THE JOB
The ideal candidate must be passionate and experienced in creating luxury tailormade travel itineraries to the USA and Canada, with experience in Latin America an advantage, although you will frequently deal with worldwide clients as well. You must be well travelled to these destinations yourself in order to confidently build rapport and design suitable travel packages for each individual client, over the telephone or by email. You will be sales focussed, cross-selling and maximising sales of all travel-related products as well as maintaining excellent levels of customer service to guarantee repeat and referral business.

A highly successful and reputable leader in bespoke travel and tailor-made holidays is looking to recruit an experienced luxury tailor-made travel consultant who specialises in North America, and ideally South America, for its London office.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Passion, enthusiasm and personal motivation to deliver and exceed targets are essential
*GDS experience, ideally Amadeus
*Must have personally travelled within, and arranged tailor-made travel itineraries to, the USA and/or Canada, with experience in South America an advantage
*Commercially aware
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, actively listening to and fulfilling clients’ needs
*Strong time management, personal organisation skills and attention to detail
*Confident with clients and able to build trust and loyalty
