Luxury Travel Sales Manager – An award-winning luxury Travel Company are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Manager to join their team based in Cheshire . This role will be leading and motivating a team of experienced travel consultants to achieve and exceed personal and company targets , ensuring the highest service is offered to their clients . The role of Luxury Travel Sales Manager offers a salary up to £35k plus bonus , along with other company benefits and will be working Monday- Friday 9-5.30 with 1 in 4 Saturdays and is a hybrid position (3 days office and 2 days at home)

Luxury Travel Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Motivating, supporting, and developing a team of travel consultants to achieve personal and company targets
• Conducting regular one to ones and setting individual performance plans
• Supporting the team with any training requirements and working closely with the in-house trainer
• Assisting with any customer or supplier issues and resolving these within company guidelines

Luxury Travel Sales Manager Requirements:

• Experience managing a team within the travel sector , either Tour Operator, Travel Agency or Cruise Operator
• Excellent experience training and developing teams through one to ones , call listening/feedback
• Confident leading teams to achieve personal and company targets with a good understanding of setting and monitoring KPI targets
• Excellent communicator with the ability to manage and develop relationships both internally and external
