THE JOB
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest growing companies and widely recognised as a leading provider of entertainment, travel and lifestyle solutions. The ideal candidate must be passionate and experienced in creating luxury tailormade worldwide travel itineraries with expertise in providing a high-touch personalised travel service. You will be confident in building rapport and designing suitable travel packages for each individual client, over the telephone or by email. You will be sales focussed, cross-selling and maximising sales of all travel related products as well as maintaining excellent levels of customer service to guarantee repeat and referral business.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Passion, enthusiasm and personal motivation to deliver and exceed targets
*GDS experience, ideally Galileo/Smartpoint is preferred however not essential
*Must have a minimum 3 years’ experience within the travel industry arranging luxury tailormade travel itineraries
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, actively listening to and fulfilling clients’ needs
*Strong time management, personal organisation skills and attention to detail
*Confident with clients and able to build trust and loyalty
*Willingness to participate in business development – which can be anything from lead generation, to attending networking events
*Desire to deliver outstanding customer service and maintaining an ‘above and beyond’ attitude

In return, you’ll enjoy a competitive basic salary plus excellent bonus opportunities and company benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm however a flexible attitude to fulfilling client requirements outside of these core hours is required.
