Marketing Executive – Required for this expanding travel company based in North Essex. They are looking for an experience marketing executive ideally from the travel industry but they are open to other industries. They will pay up to £25,000 + plus up to £5,000 yearly bonus + benefits for this Monday to Friday position

Marketing executives duties
-Produce inspiring and promotional driven copy with excellent attention to detail.
-Work closely with creative designers to produce commercially strong marketing material resulting in profitable results.
-Maintain a thorough understanding of the target audience and ensure that the tone, language and creative is appropriate at all times
-Prepare internal campaign briefs for the Reservations Teams to ensure they are able to convert all enquiries into bookings with ease
-Meeting sometimes very challenging deadlines along with efficiently prioritising own workload and working under own initiative
-Awareness of sales, figures and targets generated from Marketing campaigns.
-Regular analysis of sales, figures and targets resulting from marketing material; generating increased sales, profit & customer base year on year.
– Continual self-development – awareness of products, clients, marketing and industry.
-Awareness of competitor marketing activity and promotions, making suggestions/observations where appropriate.

Marketing Executives skills required
-Previous experience within a Marketing Assistant/Executive position ideally in the travel industry
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-First rate organisational skills and attention to detail
-The ability to work well as part of a team and independently on projects and marketing activities
-The ability to meet tight deadlines and multi task under pressure
-Marketing Qualification
-Competency in using the Microsoft Office Suite
