Job Description: We are looking to recruit two experienced administrators, to provide support to a team of expert witnesses within a leading medico-legal company. The purpose of the role includes providing full administrative support, coordinating and scheduling meetings and assessments, and managing electronic filing systems. The role would suit someone who has worked in a medical, legal, or insurance environment where there is a high degree of compliance and where the processes and procedures are streamlined through efficient use of technology The role will be predominantly home-based with video conferencing/meetings with the team and weekly meetings in the office. The successful candidate must have: 3+ years” experience of working in an administrative support role ideally in a medical, legal, or insurance environment Highly effective organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a calm and efficient manner Highly proficient in all Microsoft applications, including SharePoint with a keen interest in technology and the part it plays in driving efficiencies in the business Excellent communication skills with the ability to work at all levels across the business Highly numerate and literate with a keen eye for detail and good proof-reading skills The ability to think proactively and prioritise workloads as well as working closely with the team to ensure excellent communication and shared work practices
