ONLINE TRAVEL SALES ADVISOR

UP TO £17,500 PLUS UNCAPPED BONUS

THE JOB
As an online sales travel advisor, you’ll engage with customers via Live Chat, email and social media, building a rapport, identifying options and tailoring packages suitable to their requirements, cross-selling where necessary and closing the sale with a happy customer.

Your working hours will include two evening shifts until 21:30 hrs per week and every other weekend.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Literate and numerate with a high level of attention to detail
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Experience of working in the travel industry
*Proven sales background
*Computer savvy
*Able to multitask within a face-paced environment
