THE JOB
This is a superb opportunity for Sabre trained, corporate travel team leader to join a leading TMC in their Reading offices. Working within a busy operations department, you’ll be responsible for the day to day leadership of the team, ensuring queries are responded to quickly and efficiently, work is distributed evenly, and the team are performing to the highest standard. You’ll take a hands-on approach, using your knowledge and expertise to develop your team, conduct reviews and take responsibility for escalated queries and VIP clients. This is a great opportunity for a senior corporate travel specialist with excellent GDS skills.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Proven track record of success in a corporate/business travel position
*Superb Sabre GDS knowledge (other GDS experience would be considered)
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
*Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle ever-changing priorities
*Prior team leader/coaching/mentoring experience would be advantageous
