Product Manager – Is needed for a well established, award winning Travel company in West Midlands. A very mixed product including Cruise, Flights, Hotels and Ground activities. The successful candidate will be awarded with a competitive basic salary depending on experience around £25,000 – £30,000 as well as other fantastic company perks and benefits;

Travel Product Manager responsibilities (will include but are not limited to):

• Establish long lasting business partnerships with new and existing suppliers;
• Source new suppliers and introduce competitive products to the market in response to most recent travel industry trends;
• Work alongside Operations and Marketing teams to manage marketing budgets, funding, online and offline marketing materials; work alongside Tourist Boards and Suppliers to create compelling marketing message;
• Conduct ongoing product training to the sales staff, monitor product revenue and profitability;

Product Manager will have:

• Previous experience working in a Commercial/Product role within travel industry;
• Experience sourcing new suppliers and solid track record negotiating new contracts and building relationships with suppliers;
• An eye for detail and quality travel product, ideally some exposure to the high-end travel market
• Strong Commercial awareness to identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
