Functions The Office Manager ensures the proper functioning of the company\’s office.
As you do?
– You will manage the Front Desk: attending calls as well as receiving external / internal visits, suppliers, inspections, building maintenance …
– Coordinate the cleaning, maintenance and administration staff of the building.
– Managing maintenance, suppliers, material and other administrative tasks.
– You will be the link of our office with our suppliers of perks.
– You will lead the relationship with the suppliers not only the communication but you will be responsible for the control of expenses, payments and the relationship with the suppliers.
– You will coordinate and organize the events.
Requirements – We are looking for a person with communicative skills, flexibility, proactivity and very decisive.
– Have knowledge of advanced office automation. Any tool that improves the efficiency of the organization will be welcome.
– Higher FP or equivalent.
– Previous experience in a similar position.
