RECEPTIONIST AND ADMIN ASSISTANT – FLIGHTS
LUXURY TOUR OPERATOR
LONDON, £24,000

THE JOB
In this varied role as Receptionist and Admin Assistant – Flights, based in London, you will be responsible for manning the reception desk, invoicing, data capturing, post duties, managing deadlines and queuing flights to the ticketing department.

Your responsibilities will also include assisting with ADM’s, assisting the sales and operations department with airline queries and quality checking all flights before issuing.

WHAT EXPERIENCE DO I NEED?
*Previous experience within a similar role in travel is essential
*Knowledge of GDS systems, preferably Galileo
*Outstanding customer service skills
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
