This very reputable and successful travel company is now looking for a Recruitment Consultant role to manage the recruitment of all Winter Catering and Summer Sports roles for our overseas programme. This is a mass recruitment role with approximately 160 roles annually; this person will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment cycle.
Recruitment Consultant Main Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- To be responsible for the recruitment of a variety of roles for the overseas team with a particular focus on Catering and Sports
- To recruit high calibre, qualified and professional staff
- To screen and respond to applications within required time frame
- Be able to host group and one to one interviews with all potential candidates
- To liaise with the Hotel Managers about staff levels/requirements during the season and assist when needed
- To verify employee’s file and obtain all required employment documents before the employee travels to resort
- To produce staff contracts and pre-employment documentation
- To work with our flight operations team to arrange staff travel to resort
Retention
- Liaise with Resort Management and employees to ensure that staff retention remains as high as possible
- To visit resort and interview staff for forthcoming seasonal employment.
- To obtain feedback from staff about current season.
- Liaise with the HR and Recruitment Manager.
Advertising
- Advertise for all resort recruitment positions
- Create the annual advertising budget, together with the assistance of the HR and Recruitment Manager to ensure the budget is adhered to throughout the year
- To work with our external PPC and SEO agency to set an advertising strategy
- To recommend changes to the advertising and look at the return of investment on each advertising campaigns
Recruitment ConsultantRequirements:
- Experience working within a fast-paced recruitment role.
- Ability to adapt to recruiting for a variety of roles.
- Understanding job specs and requirements of the role.
- Highly motivated and a self-starter.
- Demonstrate clear and accurate communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
