As a travel sales agent you will be working in the trade sales team and providing excellent customer service. Salary up to £20k plus bonus and benefits.

Travel Sales Agent Responsibilities:

– Answer incoming customer sales and service communication with Travel Agents
– Process bookings
– Liaise with overseas suppliers
– Assist with all post-sales booking issues
– Help grow key accounts
– Dispatching travel documents

Travel Sales Agent Skills:

– Travel industry experience is preferred
– Previous experience within sales or customer service
– Good knowledge of word and excel is essential
– Worldwide destination knowledge would be an advantage

Travel Sales Agent Additional Information:

– Mon – Fri 9-5:30 Plus 1 Saturday every 7 weeks.
